Our Oshawa and Ottawa offices are closed starting Friday, December 19, 2024 and will reopen on Monday, January 6, 2025.

Individual case updates will not be available and we will not be able to respond to enquiries by telephone, e-mail or through social media. For the status of an Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) case file, you must sign in to your portal account for the latest update.
